Stanford Corporate Centre is located near the intersection of Dallas Parkway and Alpha Road in North Dallas; just 20 minutes north of downtown Dallas. Stanford is conveniently located near hotels, shopping and Addison's restaurant row, as well as the Dallas North Tollway and LBJ Freeway.

Stanford Corporate Centre consists of approximately 275,372 rentable square feet on 14 floors; typical floor plates are approximately 21,300 rentable square feet. The building facade consists of green glass curtain wall system with graduating stainless steel columns at the front entry.

Stanford's grand glass entry opens into an impressive two story black and green granite lobby complimented with polished stainless steel and Limestone panels from quarries in Austin, Texas. The building is served by a chilled water system with two 350 ton chillers, two air handling units on the North and South that serve the building, floor air distribution controlled through four fan powered boxes and multiple VAV boxes per floor. Return air circulates through the building through the fluorescent light fixtures and various vent returns. Stanford also has a 4-story underground garage and a small area of surface parking which together offers a 4/1,000 ratio.
